This recipe came to my rescue when I was about to give up on peach jam! Lots of other kinds of freezer jam success this summer with regular Sure-Jell recipes, but peach was a three-batch disaster. Followed your recipe with the last few peaches, and it worked perfectly Thanks.

I would probably eat the whole loaf if I could, it’s so delicious! The glaze and the swirl DEFINITELY add a nice touch, be sure to include them! I would probably add more glaze next time because I have a sweet tooth, but even as written this recipe is amazing!

These are AMAZING! They are SO pretty and elegant, and they have a harmonious blend of spices. The frosting is wonderful, and I like to drizzle caramel sauce on top for extra garnish and flavor.

These are DELICIOUS! Easily in the top 3 things I’ve ever made! I made it exactly as written, it took 2 bags of key limes, they are tiny.
I wanted to make my own whipped cream, but I couldn’t find the whisk attachment for my mixer. So I used Redi Whip instead.

This is the first time I’ve made jam and it was unbelievably good! I made sure my peaches were at their peak and I followed the directions meticulously. It was pure peach flavor and I didn’t miss the extra sugar at all. As a matter of fact, I can’t imagine having more sugar because it was perfect. I’m giving small jars to friends as gifts with some homemade bread. Thank you!
