Made this for a friend’s birthday yesterday and it was a hit! I just increased the spices a little and subbed for vegan butter. And on top I ground up some crystallised ginger and sprinkled it on top with melted vegan butter after it came out of the oven/tin. I think that really tied it together!
Love how moist it was, and it came out of the tin super easily!!

This was my first gluten free recipe that I made for a friend and they were absolutely delicious. I will make them again for myself. Easy, great directions and suggestions for things to add. I love the lemon zest.

This is my favorite pear crisp recipe. The cinnamon, nutmeg, cardamom, and cloves are the best spice mixture for my taste. My neighbor gives me pears from her tree, and I make this recipe every year and share the pear crisps with her and my neighbors. They really enjoy it, and so does my family. 5 stars by far. The star counter won’t allow me to highlight the fifth star. 🙁

Excellent chocolate chip cookie recipe! I did do something different I added 1/4 c light brown sugar and 1/4 c dark brown sugar instead of 1/2 c light brown sugar
This will definitely be chocolate chip cookie recipe I be making from now on!
