They are! That’s exactly what I was going for. They’re crisp and buttery, with the perfect notes of vanilla, brown sugar and chocolate chips!

Make sure to follow the directions and measure carefully, and you’ll be good to go!

Ohhh are these like Tates?? They look like them! I LOVE Tates gf chocolate chip cookies!! I’ll even take those over any of their regular cookies, or any cookie, any day! I’m going to try to make these tonight!

In reply to Jenny. It works equally well! It just depends on the flavor you're going for. I personally always prefer salted butter, but if you're salt sensitive or prefer to be more in control of the salt content, you can use unsalted butter instead. :)

I sometimes think that peaches are one of those foods that are hard to improve upon than simply eating as-is. But this milkshake really brings out how good a peach can be. I immediately wanted more!

Brown butter is a cookie game changer for me. It brings out an almost toffee like taste which makes the pistachios all the more welcome. I could eat the whole batch myself.
