					<description><![CDATA[This recipe is so good!  The muffins (I make them as cupcakes) come out with nooks and crannies they are super moist EVEN after freezing them and naturally thawing. So good.  I have always made my GF with all the liquids together then add the flour, but never have I let it set; oddly a chef friend told me to do that and it definitely makes a HUGE difference.

Also work slow, don&#039;t kill the air bubbles while moving from the bowl to the cups.

In fact, my teenage son at FOUR during breakfast!  It is so nice when gluten free goods actually rise and don’t crumble into pieces. Plus, this is waaay cheaper, better tasting, and even a bit healthier than those expensive GF box mixes.]]></description>
