I made this recipe several times and was blown away by them. They reminded of the bagged iced oatmeal cookies I used to get that needed to be dunked in milk or coffee to soften them.
The flavor was incredible and they were so soft! I also made some that were sugar free and took them to work. Everyone raved about them. So easy and satisfying. I will definitely make them again.
