					<description><![CDATA[This is my new favourite cheesecake recipe! I opted for the revised version of the hot water bath and ended up with a crack but the lemon curd and fruit hid that easily! I made this for a family Celiac friendly Thanksgiving dinner and it was a huge hit! Highly recommend!!
