I absolutley love this so much, it’s delicious. I’ve made these twice now and each time the cookies are GONE within 3 days.

I have found that using a small ice cream scoop to scoop the bottom of the cookie, placing the nutella on top, then another scoop makes assembly really easy and a little less messy.

Immediate favorite between myself, my husband, friends, and coworkers! My coworkers have already requested I make these again.
