This recipe came to my rescue when I was about to give up on peach jam! Lots of other kinds of freezer jam success this summer with regular Sure-Jell recipes, but peach was a three-batch disaster. Followed your recipe with the last few peaches, and it worked perfectly Thanks.

This is the first time I’ve made jam and it was unbelievably good! I made sure my peaches were at their peak and I followed the directions meticulously. It was pure peach flavor and I didn’t miss the extra sugar at all. As a matter of fact, I can’t imagine having more sugar because it was perfect. I’m giving small jars to friends as gifts with some homemade bread. Thank you!

I used frozen peaches to make my jam. I balanced out my peaches and water to the exact recipe amount and added the almond extract. Oh my it tastes to good. I can,t wait to try it on hot biscuits.

This peach jam tastes amazing! It’s especially good on toast and ice cream (especially if you have a runny batch). I love peach season, and this jam makes it feel like summer all over again.
