Hi Samantha! It should be pourable straight from the fridge. Just give it a quick stir, and you'll be good to go!

If I store this in the fridge, will it become thick or jelly like? Or can I take it out and it’ll be easy to pour right away without warming up?

It had a fresh, intense raspberry flavor, with a texture perfect for drizzling on ice cream. We lightly sweeten it to just balance the tartness of the berries.

I made this raspberry sauce this morning and it is just as you stated. The color and vibrant and the taste is spot on. I will use it as a sauce for my homemade cheesecake, as well as swirling it in my homemade vanilla bean ice cream. Thank you. This is definitely a keeper, not only for the holidays, but for a sparkle in the heat of the summer!
