These gluten-free key lime pie bars have all the flavor of classic key lime pie, simply made easier!
There are 3 layers of goodness in every bite!
First up, a 3-ingredient gluten-free graham crust, made with gluten-free grahams, butter & a little sugar.
Next, a key lime pie filling. We keep the flavor light with fresh lime zest, lime juice & yogurt, then finish with egg yolks, sweetened condensed milk & vanilla
After baking and cooling, you'll finish the bars with swirls of fluffy whipped cream!
Garnish with some fresh lime zest, lime slices, or even some toasted coconut & cut into slices or squares.
