COCOA POWDER
SUGAR
In a saucepan, combine butter, sugar, cocoa powder & milk. Gently melt over med-low heat until smooth
Increase the heat to medium heat and continue stirring until the mixture comes to a rolling boil. Boil 30-60 seconds.
Set the pan aside off the heat and stir in the peanut butter, vanilla & salt until smooth.
Add the oats and mix quickly to combine.
Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop (medium cookie scoop) to spoon cookies onto the pans. (You’ll end up with about 24 cookies.)
Give them a few minutes to cool & set & you're ready to dive in!
